Directions Apply it to your underarms, inner thighs, crotch, nipples or feet before and during activity or as needed. The stick is best used in cooler temperatures below 21degreesC while the tub is best in warmer temperatures up to 48degreesC. When using the tub, let the salve soften in the warmth of your hand, then apply generously.
