What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards – Visa, Mastercard.

Do you offer Afterpay?

Can my order be gift wrapped?

Yes! Gift wrapping is our specialty 😊

We offer a free gift wrapping service for small to medium sized items (bulky goods excluded). Please leave us a comment when placing your order if it is a gift and not only will we beautifully wrap your goodies, we will only include a ‘gift receipt’ with your order which does not display price.

Can I add items to the order I have already placed online?

Yes of course, provided your order has not been shipped.

Just call us on 0424 165 126 and let us know what else you would like to add. We can take payment over the phone for these items.

Can I change my order once it has been processed online?

After you have clicked “Submit & Pay” the order process begins. You cannot make any online changes to your order. Our system is designed to dispatch orders quickly and get them to you.

Please contact us on 0424 165 126 to alert us of any changes and we will aim to make the changes as quickly as possible so it can be dispatched to you.

When will my order be shipped?

We endeavour to dispatch all orders either on the same day or next day after receipt of the order.

Do you provide tracking for my order?

Yes. We will email you the tracking advice once your order has been shipped.

Can I collect my order from the Maisy & Co store in Woonona?

Yes of course you can! Just select ‘Click & Collect’ at the checkout.

Do you offer local delivery?

We sure do 😊

We offer FREE local delivery twice a week. Make sure you select ‘Local Delivery’ at the checkout and we will get in contact with you to arrange a suitable day and time.
