At Maisy & Co we want you to have a great shopping experience. We love our customers and greatly appreciate that you’ve trusted us with your hard-earned money. So please read our policies and guidelines carefully on returns, refunds & exchanges.
We accept returns or exchange within 14 days of the purchase delivery date, providing the product is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt. Sorry but we cannot accept returns after the 14-day period.
Returned items because of change of mind will be given store credit for the full purchase price minus any delivery charges upon arrival at our address.
Items that are faulty are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit and will be managed on a case by case basis.
Clothing and footwear returns because of incorrect size will be eligible for either store credit (minus delivery charges) or exchange. Please note that customer is liable for the return postage if opting for an exchange.
Note that a refund, exchange or store credit is only available once we have received the item in question.
How do you return a product purchased from Maisy & Co?
The first thing to do is contact us within 48 hrs of receiving the item to let us know about the problem. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following details:
- your order number and the date of your purchase;
- your contact details including full name, address, phone number and email;
- a description of the problem WITH photographic evidence if appropriate;
- request an exchange, store credit or refund.
Once we receive your claim we will contact you to work out the best way forward, including returning the product and providing any refund or replacement.
When are products not eligible for exchange or refund?
There are certain situations where a refund will not be granted:
- when an item has obvious signs of use;
- when an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
- when an item is returned more than 14 days after delivery date;
- sale items are not eligible for return, refunds or exchange; and
- perishable goods (e.g. food), earrings (for hygiene reasons) and plants are not eligible for return.
