Arch Support
A footwear feature or technology that is located on the medial side (inner side) of the foot and shoe. It is designed to provide additional support by acting like a cradle that sits under the medial longitudinal arch to provide stability for a foot that tends to have a tendency to roll in (pronate).

The stack height of a shoe is the amount of midsole that is between the foot and the ground. The difference in the midsole height from the heel to the forefoot is called the heel-forefoot offset of the shoe.
